Annual document pursuant to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act

Pursuant to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) enacted as of 1 July 2005 exchange-listed companies are obligated to at least annually set up a document containing details or links to information published or made available to the public on reportable organizational or capital market matters in the twelve preceding months.
