Sunways AG: Change of CEO and reassignment of Management Board responsibilities

Wilhelm will be responsible for both the finance and strategy areas in the future. Roland Burkhardt will take charge of the technology and R&D division. The reassignment of Management Board responsibilities sponsored by Roland Burkhardt will not affect the ownership structure of Sunways AG.

Furthermore, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Jürgen Frei as Management Board member in charge of the newly created distribution and marketing division as of 17 November 2008. Together with the recently appointed COO, Mr. Jörg von Strom, the Management Board of Sunways AG will thus be composed of four members in the future.

This reassignment of responsibilities and expansion of the Management Board constitutes another important step for the implementation of the planned growth spurt of Sunways AG from 2009 onwards.
